"Quality and consistency is key at this location, also employees are very polite. My only complaint is trying to get a technician to fix my couch that I got that doesn’t recline. Other than that this establishment is well worth the time and great prices for starter or permanent homes."

"I am very dissatisfied with Aaron’s I was promised a much needed delivery on Saturday and now they are talking about bringing it on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving when I have so much cooking to do I ordered the stove on a Monday and they got it the next day they always only keep one delivery driver and nothing is ever done on time but they sure as hell take that payment out on time I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint this is a big inconvenience to me!"

"My husband paid cash for a new set washer and dryer. The store staff brought it to my house and when I started to wash it sounded like it was falling apart. The two guys that came out did not level it down. When I called the store the young lady told me they had to call someone els from another store and it would be one day this week but didn’t know when. Therefore I couldn’t wash until they called someone from another store. Poor customer service but was smiling when they took"
