"My wife's phone had all but died, so we went to the Bainbridge Verizon store to get it replaced. After talking with the Very knowledgeable rep, we picked an iphone that wasn't in the store at the time. The rep volunteered to go to the next closest store to pick up her phone himself so she could have what she wanted in a day or so rather than a week. We were very impressed. All the reps in the store on that Sunday were personable. We felt important. Great job Verizon!"
