I spent 5hrs dealing with this issue and the employees hung up on me twice. Trash company. Edit: after a lengthy conversation of my now almost 6 hr adventure they "compensated me 75$ which roughly adds out to 12.50 an hr this translates to the company values it's customers waisted time at a rate of 12.50$ an hr, even if I'm wrong at the bill stubs I'm looking at I should have been proven wrong on 1hr or less now I'm waiting another 3 days to find out what's going on. At this point no matter what the situation is scuffed."
