"As the chair of our annual gala from 2019 to 2023, I have always booked OTAC for this event and been super pleased. When chairing a nonprofit gala, there are multiple factors to account for beyond just the usual party planning aspects - we have to consider a myriad of other less obvious things which can make finding an appropriate venue difficult. OTAC met all these considerations very well and has been the best venue we have used for this event, at least during my long tenure with this organization. I have always found OTAC very easy to work with and accommodating. The food has always received high praise and the fact that they have always worked within our budget while still allowing us to provide a top-notch event for our supporters has been a crucial part of making this event successful. OTAC even holds the record for the location of our most successful gala to date. I would highly recommend OTAC!"

"The post wedding celebration we held at Olde Towne was so lovely - it felt like our son and his new wife had 2 weddings. The food was amazing and the staff was attentive. Susan was responsive to all my needs and questions."

"I had the pleasure of designing a wedding at this beautiful venue. Unfortunately the weather wouldn’t permit us decorate outside for my client’s wedding ceremony. However, Susan had already shared the rainy day plan with myself and client at our walkthrough meeting. This would also mean that we would have to flip the room for reception. Susan and her staff was ready and willing to make this happen in an hour with no hesitation. They were patient, gracious, generous, and attentive to our needs. "I’m writing this review nearly two months after the event but it’s for good reason: I had my baby less than two weeks after my baby shower event at Olde Towne Athletic Club so I’ve been a little busy. But I wanted to say how much I enjoyed my baby shower and I’m so happy that I chose to go with Olde Towne Athletic Club instead of other venues. I’m not a member of the club but now I want to be. Jeni, the sales and events coordinator was so genuinely kind, approachable, down to earth and promptly returned my correspondence emails. She made all the requests and accommodations I asked for. Even when I was nervous that I was going too far with my requests, she never treated me that way, she was very accommodating and so was the chef. We wanted more hot foods than cold finger foods but were worried that it would be really pricey or denied by the culinary staff but it wasn’t. They made delicious food too! We picked Italian food. All my guests enjoyed the food and custom punch (spiked punch and mock tail punch) they prepared in batches for us.The two servers I had for bartending and doing the banquet table were really nice ladies (I forgo their names, my apologies) who went above and beyond to help me set up my baby shower decorations and cupcakes before the party. They seemed more like friends excited to help me with my party rather than employees. Parking was easy and we had lots of privacy in our space. Overall this was the best choice for my baby shower and I’d book another event here in the future."
