"My brother had all of his groom's men, including my husband, get there suits here for his wedding. All groom's men had to have tailoring done and all had to take the suits back to be retailored because the tailoring was either not right or wasn't even done.. My husband's suit was supose to be taken in in the waist on his jacket and pants hemmed. Nothing was done. We live over 12 hours away so we had to tailor the suit ourselves! My husband paid an extra $300.00 for the suit to be tailored and nothing was done! Suit was ok but DO NOT get it tailored there!."

"I had a marvelous experience at Casanova of Columbus GA. Recently, I purchased some dress pant for my son’s prom after I received some dress pant from another store. They did not have exactly what I wanted but they found a way to fulfill my request. Casanova altered a pair of pant for my son’s tuxedo for prom. This completed his outfit! I would like to thank Casanova for having quality apparel and fulfilling my need to make my son’s wishes come true."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PAID OVER $400 FOR A TUX AND SHOES FOR PROM. I was told it would be ready for pickup on Thursday, but we waited two more days before pickup and they kept my son in the store for over two hours and made my son take home something he went in the back and stitched together. Pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend. For the treatment and the cost they should do better. I would never advise anyone to pay before receiving the full product and checking it before hand. DO NOT TRUST THEM."

"Terrible experience. Picked out two suits and was promised they would be ready in time for a wedding. Overheard the conversation with whoever is in charge of tailoring and they said it would be ready by the date given. Came to pick them up and one of the suits was misplaced and the other never tailored. Was told I gave them the wrong due date. Left after telling them to cancel the order and refund my money to which they refused. They then called telling me they found the correct suit(still wasn’t tailored) and that I had gotten upset for no reason. I still have no suit and had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. I have had friends get suits here before and have great experiences, but this was completely unprofessional."
