"I was sent the wrong size valve shims by a third party, so I had to drive over an hour to Kawasaki of Rome. When I arrived, Kris Lemaster generously took the time to help me find the correct size shims for my adjustment even though I got there just before closing time. He was beyond friendly and helpful. As a result, I will be returning for all of my dealer needs. Thanks Kris and Kawasaki of Rome!"
"Great store"
"This was the best consumer experience I've had purchasing a new bike. After purchasing a new Suzuki M109R, I had a part malfunction a few rides in. Kawasaki of Rome drove over an hour to my home, picked up my bike, and expedited the repair. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Jimmy & his team value their customers, and it shows. I highly recommend to anyone in the 2 or 4 wheel market."
"Bought 2 dirt bikes from here. Got my son a 2019 kx85 new off the floor. Took it in for routine maintenance no issues. Started having problems with it and my son took it into have it looked at and they told him it would be $75 to look at it he told them it was fine and a week later they call him and tell him the motor will need rebuilt and give him a ballpark of $1500 upto $3500 depending on if it needed just top end or bottom end as well. Son told them he would have to take it to some other shops and get some other opinions. They told him that would be fine and that they had his bike ready to be picked up then. My son goes to pick his bike up and it is still all taken apart and everything thrown in a cardboard box. They told him it would be $150 for them to put it back together. I will never do business with them again."
"Talked to Jimmy on the phone about some king quads, he had a couple 500's in stocks, rode by after work just to look, decided to buy one, financed with a down payment, was out of there in an hour and a half, quick and to the point, I'll be back in a few months for a 750"
