He showed me empathy and professionalism during my visit and in addition to being friendly - he is knowledgeable, a a trait sorely lacking in today’s retail environment. I purchased the shoes and belt I needed and a few other items that I found. The Town Squire offers some brands that I really like but rarely see in malls. Great service! I felt like I walked back in time to where friendly service is still the priority. Thank you."
