Men's Wearhouse

"The staff is nice. But niceness is not worth much without competence/effectiveness. Miss V seemed to be the only one who knew what she was talking about when it comes to fit, Miss V is great! But overall I've had much better experiences at Dillard's over men's wearhouse. I ordered a custom suit at men's wearhouse and it took 5 times going back to the store because they could not get it right. Eventually they gave me a refund. I appreciate that they gave me the refund but men's wearhouse custom suits are no more custom than just going to any retail and picking out clothes that are close to fitting. Not worth the cost, not worth the effort. Some of my friends were getting "customs" at the same time and out of 7 only 3 fit right. Again, staff was nice but men's wearhouse is not worth the cost from my experience."

"Have been to this location a few times now and it is always unpleasant. The store feels dirty and messy with an unwelcoming staff. Most recently, I was trying to rent suits for my upcoming wedding. 9 total suits and I couldn’t get hardly any help. We asked multiple people for assistance and not one staff member was helpful. After 25-30 minutes of wasted time, we left for Jos A Bank and had a night and day better experience there than at Men’s Warehouse. Do not go to this location! Simply go right down the street to a cleaner and friendlier business."

"I visited Men’s Warehouse in an attempt to find a decent suit for my engagement photos. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted and measured by Mr. Curtis Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher listened to what I needed and provided various styles, colors, and options to fit my needs. Once I had a general idea of what I wanted and a rough size estimate, Mr. Fletcher helped me to select and order the perfect suit for the occasion. I am incredibly pleased with what we selected, and await the arrival of my first suit with great anticipation."

"ERIC was a total delight. He assisted us as soon as we entered the door. Eric was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He deserves 5 stars, a raise & recognition. It's very hard to find 5x/6X clothes and size 21 shoes for my son. He showed us rental shoes in 20 so we could Guage our needs for ordering. He allowed us measurements for shirt sizes but unfortunately none in stock. His patience and knowledge was most helpful and appreciated. "We walked in hoping to find maybe pants and hopefully a jacket for my husband to wear a wedding this weekend, but thanks to Pam's help, we actually walked out with perfectly fitted pants, a jacket, two really nice shirts, a belt, and a pair of shoes! She knew exactly what we would like and sent us off in style with a really cool suit bag to put everything in for traveling. Thanks again, Pam.
