"Rustic atmosphere, in a good way/Southern at-home feel. Food was hot and good. Country fried steak with white gravy is always good here. Seafood appetizer, two meals with two sides, two fountain drinks, and tip came to $65. Fair price for the portions, but by no means a steal."

"Service was pretty good. We sat at the bar so it made the service an easy rating. Food came out pretty fast but for it being my first time there I was not impressed. The meatloaf was very dry and I’ve been told by someone that’s a regular there that the steaks are horrible. I probably won’t be back there to eat. Maybe for drinks. But definitely not to eat."

"Very rustic atmosphere and yet comfy and cozy. Food was absolutely delicious. I had the parmesan crusted fish and my daughter had thr onion soup. Both were cooked to perfection and our server Lisa was amazing. She was on top of it, gave us everything we needed and didn't even have to ask for a refill. I highly recommend this place for a casual night of American food dining."

"It's a bar first and foremost. So if you are looking for a nice place to eat a steak and shrimp dinner. This ain't it. It looks like a bar, smells like a bar, and sounds like a bar. The food is just a side for the bar business. I had the Carolina BBQ Platter with fried okra and Pitt Beans. The beans were awful. The okra was over cooked. The BBQ was just ok. It tasted like the frozen stuff from Costco. The menu does claim it was smoked in house for 18 hours. It may have been. But it may have been frozen and reheated. I didn't see any firewood. If you want a good place for hanging out with country boys and drinking with loud drinks and live music. This is your place. If you want a nice quality steak.. not so much. On a positive note. The waitress was awesome and I loved the fried green tomatoes with the house sauce."
