"Went through the drive thru tonight for a quick bite for a family of 3, service would have been fine if we actually got the food we ordered and by time we did get it, it wasn't cold. When going back to say we didn't get our food we ordered and the fries were old and cold, the young told us we don't need to trip about it? Whatever that means. All we said is that we waited 10 mins for cold fries and no classic chicken sandwich. So then we waited some more and was delivered a baby chicken sandwich, meanwhile we were the only customers this place had at the time, and now we know why. So my husband went inside, and they then finally got us a classic chicken sandwich and never offered to get us fresh fries. Even my 11 year old son was discussed by the cold/old fries. Granted, I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but I do expect to get what I paid for and for the food to be editable. Definitely will not be back to this Wendy's, and I would not be surprised if this place closes from such poor quality."

"We are visiting Florida and we ordered some food that was just a few cents under 20.00. We get to the window to pay for it and the smallest bill we had was 50.00 and the lady at the window was extremely rude saying she can't take that instead of her saying something such as our policy is we don't take 50 or higher bills. If u don't know how to be professional and polite then don't work with the public and whats sad is I believe she was part of management...very rude and unprofessional at this location"

"1. Michelle walked away from the counter when we walked up, so we waited several minutes to place our order. 2. Food order took 10 minutes (I checked the time of the order on the receipt v. the time our name was called because it seemed like a long time for fast food. 3. The condiment station has no ketchup, so I went to the counter to ask for some. Michelle was busy chatting with the staff to the side. They looked up and saw me and kept chatting. I tried to ask for a ketchup packet, but was ignored. 3 minutes later she finally came back to the counter to hand another customer their order. I asked for the ketchup and she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes and walked away. Because of her reaction the other customer looked at me and said "I didn't think that was too difficult of a request..." I shrugged and said "I guess it was complicated." Michelle returned to the counter with a box of ketchup, instead of just handing me one (because now I've been standing at the counter for 5 minutes), she picked up an empty plastic container and went to the back counter to refill it. At this point I just walked back to the table and my now cold fries. I no longer needed the ketchup, because... cold fries :/ 4. I open my burger and the order is wrong. I asked for pickles only (says so on my receipt) as you can see in the picture it did not have only pickles. I didn't have another 30 minutes to spend waiting for them to try to get it right. Plus, I now see Michelle has disappeared to the parking lot, bent over in her car. Maybe for a smoke break? IDK? Anyway, the whole experience was rather ridiculous and very frustrating. I do not recommend this as a quick stop during a road trip. The low stars are a direct reflection of the service at this location."
