"I don’t normally like leaving negative reviews but when you have three bad experiences on one visit to a restaurant I think it must be said. I picked my grandkids up from school and it was too early for them to have lunch so we decided to go to Burger King they both want chicken fries meals with a large icy Coke and all I ordered is a whopper just the way it comes so then, the lady in the drive-through asked me if I wanted cheese and I said NO she then could not give me my total said I will give it to you at the first window. When I pulled up to the window I gave them my credit card and then drove up to the next window. They handed me a bag I started to drive forward, but decided to check the bag no whopper so I back up and I told the Lady I didn’t get my whopper she said you didn’t pay for it didn’t offer to let me pay for one or just give me one ( that was negative experience number 1 ) So then I had to drive back around and go inside the building. Walk inside explain to the lady about going through the drive-through, and they even asked me if I wanted cheese but still did not charge me or give me a whopper Then had to go through the whole thing again about not wanting a meal just the whopper NO I do not want cheese. So then they call out the wrong name calling me, Trent, and my name is Frank no problem I go up to grab the bag she says a whopper with cheese and as I stand there looking dumbfounded, I said no I did not want cheese, but I took it anyways and just started walking out the door. ( That’s a soft negative number 2 as I’m going out the door, I hear the lady that took my order complaining about me to the customers about how I ordered it with cheese now we’re starting negative experience number 3 I turned around, walked back in and, explained to her exactly what I said, and as I was leaving again, I could still keep hearing her in their complaining about me so I tried to then call the store to talk to a manager and they would not even answer the phone. I guess that’s one way not to hear your customers complaints."

"We picked up some lunch from this Burger King on Main Street in Lake City. I had been to this location several times. However, this time was different. Upon ordering our lunch, the woman taking orders was having difficulty communicating with us. We could hear her. She seemed not to hear us, as well. The order was correct upon receiving it. We drove home to eat it. My burgers tasted as there was some type of grease on the buns. It was almost like an automotive grease smell. The burgers were the 2 for $5 Whopper Jr. with cheese. I think I will continue to go to Burger King on Commerce Avenue. I don't know if it's that the Burger King is near, Chik Fil-A, and Steak and Shake? It has been a better Burger King to order food."

"11 visits at 4-5 different locations 4 times they've made it right. $5 Duo, both Whopper Jr. No mayo No ketchup No cheese, Add mustard and an extra patty to both. This store is prone to cutting me off in the middle. (First irritant). Today I decided for a change and added a small drink. Then they get mad and throw an attitude at me because I can't have a duo if I want a meal. (Second irritant was the attitude with the comment, not the fact that I didn't want fries or onion rings.) I was told my told was $8.16. FYI, my Duo is $7.53 with tax. Add in that small drink for over $2.00. I told the kid in first window because she was cutting me off she missed my extra patties. He looked confused about how to fix it. Prior experience told me where this was going. I said let's just go to the other window. I was met by a girl in a white shirt, who was very disrespectful and tried to make me out to be the one with the poor people skills. I tried to get contact information to report my concerns. All I got was the survey off the back of a blank receipt and told to leave."

"Order was not correct. Service at drive thru was great, but whoever prepped the order got it all wrong. Called store, got no response to their mistake. Had to throw out $15 worth of inedible food."

"Traveling on Interstate 10 in Florida. Great place busy. Almost comparable to a Bucee's in Texas. You can pick up a Tanned Alligator head!"
