"05/20 was my first time visiting any AE store in person and the visit was prompted by my interest in your "mom jean" collection. When I first entered the store there where 4 people on the floor and no one greeted or acknowledged we were there. Again I reiterate this is my first visit to any location. While walking around trying to seek out help on the sizing of jeans associates seemed to be more preoccupied in conversation than helping when asked. Not even a few mins past and two other individuals came in after us and surprisingly where greeted with a whole run down. From a good afternoon to the many discounts they have at the moment, and even added "if they needed help to check in with them". And yes there was "demographic" difference between me and my acquaintance and the two other young ladies who came in the store after us. I must say my first experience being at this store was very distasteful. Let's just set aside the fact that of course I knew why we weren't greeted in the first place but as an establishment, no matter what customer service should be first. I will not be supporting this location at all. Disappointed!!! (Just to set the scene in terms on the amount of customers on floor at said time was a total of 4. Two being me and my acquaintance.)"
