"Went to this Hot Topic looking for something in particular. Upon checking out the employee Maves, handed us the first bag. My sister went outside while she bagged the second bag and I completed payment on the pad. The employee Maves then had her co worker or employee (not sure) chase my sister down outside the store and come back while she finished. As if I am going to do something as I’m paying???? Anyway, my sister comes back into the store, no issue, but then the employee Maves takes the bag from her and makes a snide remark about keeping it behind the register for safekeeping. I told her she could put it all back if she would prefer that but she said nothing. I don’t know what kind of employees this store hires, but it’s not that hard to work there. You don’t have to treat people that way when they spend good $ in your establishment. Won’t be back to give Hot Topic any business going forward."
