"Save yourself a trip. This store is barely designer considering the surrounding stores (where they are so nice) and the sales associates are beyond rude. My leather bag of only two years old is tearing and when I asked the associate how to get it repaired, the other associate sneered that “we’ve never carried this bag” and the manager was too busy trying on clothes to assist. Trash product and trash service."

"If I could give no stars I would because this was the worst experience. As a loyal customer for many years to the company, I drove from over 2 hours to exchange a part of shoes that I order online for a bigger size only to experience the most dissatisfying service ever. I first the Lennox Mall location where a associate was extremely helpful and advised me that the Phipps Plaza (3500 Peachtree Rd, NE) would have the side I needed waiting for me to drive across the street. As I arrived I gave the sales woman information along with my information only for him to tell me I could not exchange the brand new unworn shoes for a half size larger. After not understanding why and I was just told to come here to exchange because this location had my size, I was so disappointed I just returned them which left me with a unpleasant feeling about the company. After working 20+ years in retail I knew this was unacceptable and could only be something the salesman at Phipps Plaza was just telling. They never have to worry about me shopping with him ever again. This was not the customer service I expected to receive after driving over 2 hours to shop for my birthday."
