"They quit using tissue papers to put donuts in bag and don’t give napkins in bag at drive thru. So the donuts are stuck together or chocolate topping sticks to inside of bags and comes off. A mess!! And no napkins!!!im going to start going to another Dunkin near me!"

"BEST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! 100 PERCENT RECOMMEND!!! This is not even the closest location to me, but I am more than willing to drive further to receive this type of EXCEPTIONAL experience and top tier service again and again! They have restored my faith in fast food breakfast and coffee, they were so kind and so receptive! I could tell they listened to my every word with so much care and I have not experienced that at past Dunkin Donuts locations or even restaurants in general, because I always order my meals without cheese and, in my experience. That request alone always warrants me to have to get out of my car and go inside, because I’ve usually been ignored by the staff or simply overlooked. NOT at this location, they are the VERY first Dunkin Donuts to EVER get my order 1,000 correct on the FIRST TRY! I’m so grateful for the amazing experience I received at this location and will for SURE be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. If you’re in the mood for some wonderful coffee, delicious breakfast, and excellent customer service, treat yourself to this Dunkin Donuts!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND AM SO IMPRESSED!!!"

"Here’s my experience today. Pulled up to the drive-through to order a medium coffee. That’s it. It was Thanksgiving day. I pull up and then employee gets on the speaker, and says “we’re closed!“. I asked him what time do you guys close?… He says “4 o’clock“. I look at my clock, and it says exactly 4 o’clock. How long does it take to make one cup of coffee? You close exactly at 4 o’clock when there’s one customer at the window? I pull out, and I see someone getting handed their coffee. I don’t know who this young employee is, but if your manager was there, and saw that, you would’ve been reprimanded. If that’s your work ethic, your customer service, you’re going to have a hard life. Happy Thanksgiving!"

"The grand opening was great. Dunkin Donuts is always good, but this was extra special with the radio station spider man and face painting. They even donated to a local charity. I can tell it's going to be a good addition to the community."

"Took 15 minutes to get a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. But while I was waiting for that, their was a young woman in front of the cooking area that dropped hash browns on the floor, well she did a great job of picking them up from the floor and then throwing them away, then she just started making sandwiches for the people in the drive through WITHOUT THROWING HER GLOVES AWAY, USING THE SAME DIRTY FLOOR GLOVES. The whole time the older lady who I'm guessing is the owner watched her. Good luck people. Even if the front of the store looks really clean, you never really know what goes on in the back. This happened today at about 1:15 pm btw"
