"Was absolutely appalled at the lack of customer sevice skills these baristas had.Last Friday morning I went in to grab a coffee before heading to work and a lady bless her soul looked completely drained like y’all made her work over night.So as soon as i got to the front of the line I calmly asked a barista for my drink and she yelled at me to wait a minute! I was flabbergasted I actually didn’t know what to do,so I did get a bit frustrated because when I asked for a manager because she was being extremely rude the same barista straight up told me no??I literally ran outta there after this exchange. I will be boycotting Starbucks though from now on do to the Israeli attacks just wanted to warn y’all if you go to Starbucks at all please do not go to this one.The floor was trashy too and the whole place just felt off or sketchy. I highly recommend going to the Dunkin’ Donuts instead!!"

"The service is slower and slower. Multiple times, I left because I just couldn't wait 40 minutes for a coffee. Today I went inside and it wasn't better. The store is a mess. Lots of cardboard boxes all around the place. And during our time over there, 2 or 3 customers complained about their order being wrong."

"The service was really good, ordered in less than a minute after being greeted by the friendly staff. I had to use the restroom & unfortunately it wasn’t very clean, thankfully I was only in there briefly since a long term stay would have been unpleasant as they didn’t have toilet paper & the seat was nasty. Outside the place was also dirty, needing trash to be cleaned up in the patio area. My order came out within a few minutes, less than 4 which is always nice. The inside where patrons sit was clean. This place overall would be a better experience if they cleaned a little better. I give 4 stars overall for the service I received."

"The most terrible experience I ever had. From 12 items 5 was missing ,none of the coffee (received 3 from 4) was made right. The food we did get was slapy and cold. When I called the store they wasn't helpful at all absolutely ridiculous customer service just told me they uber don't work and nothing they can do , no apology or even attempt to fix it. Very sad for over 55 dollars order after uber 20 dollars discount originally my order was almost 80 bucks. I definitely wouldn't order here again and double think before ordering in Starbucks in general"
