"Warm food is often cold on the inside. Whenever you ask for a bagel they barely put any cream cheese on the $3 bagel. This is after I asked for extra cream cheese."

It's the culinary equivalent of a polar bear's picnic, still embracing its arctic chill! Not quite the fiery feast you were expecting, right? Disappointment knocks, but it's important to give credit where it's due - the service and that majestic coffee? A+! So, while the food might've missed its cue to be sizzling hot, at least the coffee was there, caped and ready to rescue your taste buds! Perhaps next time, a little whisper to the chef for a touch more heat, matching the enthusiasm of that beloved cup of coffee!"

"As someone who works in customer service, I always give fast food and retail workers the benefit of the doubt. However, my experience at this Dunkin’ today was abysmal. The manager on duty was rude and condescending from the moment I pulled up to the drive thru and couldn’t care less that they were sold out of what I ordered for pickup through the app. He not only didn’t apologize, but berated me for “holding up his line” and forced me to come inside for a refund, despite there being only one car behind me at the time. Based on other reviews, it’s well worth the drive to Oakwood or Gainesville to avoid this mess."

"i order the same thing every day and somehow i pay a different price every single time , and i get a different tasting coffee every time . i work in the area and it's the only dunkin' so most morning i just deal with it but after a week of these employees getting my order wrong and still charging me for what i didn't get , i won't be coming back . their donuts are always stale whether you go at 6 am , 10 am , 3 pm it's all the same and they literally THROW their other food items together . serving piping hot sandwiches to the point it burns you through the bag , half effort toasting / spreading cream cheese on a bagel ... it's literally embarrassing . and when you mention to them there's ANY issue , every employee acts like you're the one in the wrong and they're professional coffee makers . the workers don't know how to work the system nor do they know how to make the drinks beyond the standard recipe on the sheet or whatever they have to go off of . it's the managers fault for allowing it to go on like this for so long ."

"There’s absolutely no way any of these employees actually get trained. I don’t ever write google reviews but the way my bagel looked this morning made me do it. Train these employees better or get new ones & actually take the time to show them how to properly make the items."
