"The service here is terrible reallly need to consider bettefo. I hate going here but I go because it’s the only Dunkin I. Route to work but today was my last time giving them my money. The lady who I am going to assume is a manager she has a bad attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME she is maybe a middle age lady who works the early morning shift. I asked for a refresher but mistakenly forgot to request lemonade instead of green tea. Not knowing that the lemonade was discontinued because I usually ask for coconut milk with it. I told her I was not satisfied with my drink could she make it with lemonade and can I have the magi refresher instead. She was so rude about it and tells me lemonade had been discontinued for months why didn’t you know that. Next time just ask for mango upfront. Like it was the end of the world for her to give me a different drink. I just can’t believe her attitude was so unpleasant"

"I would give zero stars if I could. I asked for a iced coffee with French vanilla swirl cream and sugar and two chocolate vanilla cream filled donuts. He gave me ice with milk, cream and sugar!! Where the heck was the coffee, I literally asked my husband why the drink was so white. Then I bit into the donut and it was the yellow custard inside."

"Extremely slow service as Dunkin’…. Even though the line for drive through is not really long. Also had a hard time talking to the staff on drive through; they couldn’t hear what I say when taking orders and had to repeat numerous times. But in contrast, the food was okay and the attendant Soma informed us the server was down earlier and was apologetic. I guess this happens because of staff shortages."

"I ordered a bagel and a sausage & egg sandwich. The sandwich flavor was bland, and I asked for my bagel to be toasted- unfortunately, I got a cold, rubbery, bagel. It was subpar. To pay $8.99, I was expecting For my order to be correct & atleast taste good. The service was pretty fast, but I don’t think I’d eat here again. Donut King across the street is a great alternative for some good coffee and donuts. Also, I asked for some water and they charged me $.50 for water. Who charges for a cup of water? That’s crazy. This is the first and last time I’ll be visiting Dunkin Donuts for breakfast."
