"This store really needs improvement on their mobile orders and costumer service. I went inside to pick up my order and my drink was sitting there without no food. I give them some time to give me my food but 10 minutes had passed and nothing. When I asked the barista she gave me an attitude and made my 2 burritos. I let it go and thanked her. However because she decided to rush my food both of my burritos were super cold in the middle. I understand starbucks gets a lot of costumers in a day but if i’m being polite to you as a client and the staff is rude and on top of that not give me quality food that i’m paying for that’s not ok."
"Large open and light. Big area of sitting in sofas and chairs. Outdoor seating as well but I didn’t sit out there because it faces a semi busy road."
"Very upset with the drink I was giving today, I spent 6 dollars to only have 4 sips of my matcha because it was completely filled with nothing but ice. Highly disappointed."
"I go to Starbucks at least once or twice a week in the Gwinnett area and this has been the best service and the fastest. They greet you when you walk in and when you leave my drink was exactly what I ordered light ice and extra base and toppings and it was perfect. You guys are doing amazing. Thank you."
