"Just stop this morning drive thru. Not busy at 6:30am ordered 2 three pc French toast sticks, 2 for $5 croissants 1 bac& 1 sausage, 2 hash browns, 2 for $6 double sausage croissants. They left out double sausage croissants. She gave no receipt for the $20 something dollar order, I have called back 20 times. They will let phone ring awhile then it hangs up. Very poor customer service. Disappointing to get home 15 miles out to feed the family before school and wife go to work after I work all night. To find out your bag is short of the food you paid for..."

"We asked to use a coupon that included cheeseburgers. They said they were out of cheese and cheeseburgers. I asked if the manager would sub it out for something else. Was denied. The person talking to us was clearly trying. The manager whoever they were did not care though so we left. Since I no longer trust them to fulfill their coupons, probably not going to come by anytime soon."
