"The manager said we weren’t allowed to sit down to be served so we had to go around back to place an order and we had to stand outside in the cold holding our food to eat it. You would think in 2024, that employees at one of America’s finest establishments would not do such a thing to faithful customers."

"Horrible service. Dirty dining room. Tables still had food on them. The cook waited till my party of three had sat down before telling me that their dining room was closed. Only one other person was in the restaurant and they were sitting at the breakfast bar. I'll go to another Waffle House with better customer service."
