"I've been coming here for 2 years. Unfortunately it seems like they either don't like their job or don't care or they don't know how to do their job. I come here a lot and they're almost always very friendly but when it comes to my drinks, they never get it right. I've maybe been happy with like 4 out if 25 drinks. I was in st augustine recently and found a Starbucks and it was the best place ever I wish they were here. They made my drink perfect (Caramel ribbon crunch frappe). I always get extra stuff in it and it is supposed to be a sweet drink. Every time I get it from my local Starbucks it tastes bitter and they don't add my extras, which I pay for every time. And this time it wasn't even filled all the way, the dome lid was clean. I just don't know how that's possible when you add even more to a drink that also has whipped cream (the reason you use dome lids is to fit it on top), how you would end up with less. I'll have to drive even further now to avoid this location, which really sucks."
