"Don't come to this location it's not what it used to be and that's because of the employee's, one in particular. I haven't been here in over six months and I won't be back. Last time I was here I was having a conversation with an employee. And another jumped into the conversation we were having. When asked about what we were talking about. I told the employee that because of my religion and my beliefs that I don't agree with what me and the other employee were discussing. And the employee who jumped into our conversation said that I was wrong, a bigot and my Mother didn't raise me the correct way and she should've done a better job because I'm a ruined person. When I tried to tell the manager about this and ask for the General Managers number so I can leave a complaint about that employee. The manager said No and he wouldn't give me the number because it'd be a waste of their time. So if you don't want to deal with an extremely rude staff who doesn't care about their customers then don't come here at all."

"We tried to leave a review several times through the QR code but kept getting a message about the survey not working so I decided to leave one here. My kids and I visited the store on the afternoon of 8/6 and the service was wonderful from the time we walked in the door until we checked out! These guys were working hard while still engaging with all the customers whether it was helping them locate something, laughing and joking around with us to telling us about some of the in store. It was a great store experience and would make anyone want to come back!"

"Awesome place for anime items like me and my friend were wanting. The manager even went to the back to bring out items to show me they hadn't had displayed yet. They even took the time to get our feedback on what we'd like to see in the store. I hope he sticks around for a long time. Most welcome I ever felt buying something from here."

"Don’t go to this Spencers. My husband and I were in there earlier and we looked at some shirts, hats, wallets, and my husband looked at some earrings and stuff. He went to turn the display and didn’t realize there was someone on the other side of it. The female employee that was in there stopped the thing from turning and gave my husband a dirty look. My husband apologized 2-3 times to the person that was on the other side of it looking. The employee rang him up, he told her to have a nice day and we walked out. She told one of the security guards that he was in there yelling at her and yelling at me when NOTHING like that happened. All we did was look around and he bought a hat for himself. It’s sad that I had to deal with her lying about what my husband did and on top of that, there’s no security cameras in there so she most likely felt the need to lie about what he did for I don’t know what reason. That employee needs to be fired."
