"I used to love this store. I moved out of town and now I visit this store when I visit my family. I don’t know if it’s a company-wide thing (doesn’t happen at the store where I live) but the associates ask me numerous times throughout my entire visit to smell perfume. I understand once or twice, but when multiple people keep coming up to me even after I’ve refused, that’s a problem. Also, I get that dressing rooms are closed. But when I come in multiple times because certain clothing doesn’t fit and I return/exchange them, you cannot get mad at me and say “oh this lady has been here so many times. She needs to pick a single size and stick with it.” That is insanely rude. Not all clothing fits the same, sorry to inform you. Coupons are another huge issue. I used a few during different visits and they acted like it was a big inconvenience for them. And telling me “I can’t figure this one out, use it next time” without even calling the manager on duty is unacceptable. I work in retail and if we can’t figure something out, we call the manager and they will be able to figure it out. The customer service is almost nonexistent in this store. The clothes are cute though, that’s about it."

I needed several outfits for Vegas .. Think n of course that the ones I picked were no good .. Lol it was silly .. But these ladies must be fun to work with all the time..
