"The Cato's off the Gray Hwy was difficult to shop at. I went in to exchange a outfit...no one was at the counter...so I waited about 5 minutes when a lady says to me...do want to exchange something...I said yes, I thought she was a customer.. neither employee had on name tags...well I got another outfit and waiteda while...at this point there was 2 employees behind the counter ...one was helping another customer. the other was just standing there hanging shirts... I asked her was she taking customers she says wait a minute and continued with the shirts...finally she did the exchange and I got out of there! It was the Friday before Easter.."
