"Okay, this place is just incredible. First of all the staff is incredibly nice and the food is consistently good. I've had both the pork chops and the barbecue chicken and my family has enjoyed their vegetables and their fried green tomatoes. The bathrooms also were remarkably clean. I have traveled around the world and I find this to still be one of the most dining experiences that represents the best of southern hospitality and cooking."

"This is my first and last time eating here. Very disappointed. The potatoe salad is so white and bland. It literally taste like a potatoe fresh out the ground. It has no seasoning, no relish, no onions, no salt, no pepper, no mustard, NOTHING. The porkchop is not seasoned either. The only reason I may be able to eat it is because it's fried. Food cost is way to expensive to waste food but this is going in the GARBAGE"

"I had to try this place because it was recommended by the locals. We had fried green tomatoes and bbq chicken, mac n cheese, bake chicken, yams. Some of the tomatoes seemed fresh while the other were not so fresh. The chicken was ok, the mac n cheese was not so good but the yams were superb. Overall the food was ok . Will I go back again, no. We met two amazing people while there. They were very friendly, we talked and talked like we knew each other for a long time.i would go back if I knew I could see them there again."

"Great little chain of “home cookin” in a hurry. I visited this location for the first time while in Macon for an appointment. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The pricing is very reasonable for the area and the portions are generous. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an alternative to hamburgers and they sell no such thing. Only southern style food and yes, Fried Green Tomatoes."
