"The drive thru is always long. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee, and I didn't even taste the French vanilla. The breakfast sandwich was smashed into the bag and the hash browns were burnt."
"This place is always short staffed. Customer to employee ratio is WAY OFF. I went there today and my hot chocolates when I opened them to cool them down were halfway full. Couldn’t even bother to fill my cup up all the way.HALFWAY. If you get a door dash order forget about it. They don’t care how your order is made."

"Always great coffee ( and of course donuts). Service inside is given with a smile. The place is small so It can't offer a great ambience, but the smell of brewing coffee, baking donuts, and the camaraderie of the crew make it a very pleasant experience inside."
"Extremely friendly and enjoyable Environment. Very clean and tidy creamer station and seating areas. Full assortment of different DD teas and coffee boxes to enjoy at home. Would reccomend for families because there is a large seating area. The area is also suitable for a large buisness meeting. Very clean bathrooms fully stocked with all toiletries. There is also ample parking space."
