"Flat out refused to put cream in my iced latte. I have never been to a place that serves lattes and refuses to add cream upon customers requests. And lets not even talk about how long the drive thru takes, you may as well put your car in park and find some good music and take a nap because you will be there for a while. Going inside is just as bad. Slowest Dunkin ever. I won’t be coming here anymore."
