"The young man and young woman who works the drive through during the week when I visit are the best. They always greet me with a smile and make sure that my order is correct before I pull off. Excellent customer service and interaction every time. Keep up the good work..."

"During my last several visits service, specifically wait time, has been unexceptable. On my last two visits it took over 20 minutes to get my order, which was coffee only and with only 3 cars ahead of me. I sat at the speaker for 12 minutes before my order was taken. I probably will not be visiting again any time soon especially since Tim Hortons and Starbucks within two blocks."

"went in about 10am, the cashier took the order in front of us n needed multiple repeated directions on the drinks. Then told us to wait while she made the drinks for them. she then took our order which wasn't totally out of the ordinary, coffee with 3 creams on the side, black coffee, 2 sandwiches one without cheese n 4 doughnuts. she required repeat x2 of order. our order came up, with cheese, cook apologized, because cashier didn't specify no cheese. we waited for the rest of the order but then had to remind cashier, who at that point was taking other orders that we didn't get the coffees or doughnuts. she got the coffees, alot cream added. n then asked what doughnuts we ordered. finally recd them with the excuse that it had been a long morning n she had been up since 4am, which we had heard her tell other customers too. also they were out of a lot of doughnuts today. I love dunkin but don't know if I'll go back to this location, probably not. the bacon, egg bagel was good, the sausage, egg croissant so so."

"I ordered half dozen mixed donuts. Got to the window and the was a advertisement stating discount to 1st responders. I told her I had a military card could I get a discount. She looked at me and said No, the military is not important as the 1st responders are..and shut the window.. thats fine that there is not a military discount...but please don't tell me that the military is not important"

"Man...what is this? I did not order cajun hash browns. One and done for me at this location! I won't discuss the wonderful attitudes that were NOT given at through the drive thru. DO BETTER."
