Reviews of Lane Bryant
"Walked in today shopping for some clothes for my mom. As we walked in Dawn, the manager, was extremely rude and fake to her employees and customers. She doesn't deserve that job, and if she continues to be the manager, I would never work there.i hope she has a better day."
"My friend and I went into the store and we soon realized it was a plus size store. We continue to look around because all the clothing looked nice. A blonde lady came up to us And asked what we were looking for. I told her that we were just looking around. At which point she should’ve just left us alone. She then proceeded to tell us that we were small and that we shouldn’t shop there since we aren’t plus size. It was so rude of her because we could’ve been looking for some thing for our mom or a family friend. Rudest customer service ever."
"Great experience. The associate Kyla was so helpful and very sweet. She was dressed that day like a model , I believe it was clothes from the store. She was so well mannered , yes mam and thank you she had it all that day. I love the store, very pretty clothes in my size. The price was great, the associate Kyla was helpful with me at the dressing area. Great experience"
"Unsure of their names, but the two working the closing shift on 07/20/22 do not need to interact with customers. Those two should be sweeping the sidewalk out front, or even better, out back. You do not badmouth a customer within earshot of another customer. You should offer to hold clothes while a shopper is gathering selections, not be snooty when asked to do your literal job. You should check on a customer in the changing room to see if they need assistance. You do not greet a customer begrudgingly. You do not lock the door a half hour before closing. You offer to enroll a customer in the loyalty program and explain how it works. Those two employees were bad enough but the brand itself is vastly dumbed down. Lane Bryant used to be the place to go for big women to buy professional work clothes. Only one pair of slacks in the whole place. Now if you're looking for string bikini drawers and pajamas it's the place to go. No big woman needs to wear bikini anything. Get a grip Lane Bryant."
"I have not been to this lane Bryant location in 12+ months, however, when I went today, they lacked in customer service and didn't have many items in person. I was picking out items for my mom. It appears they have a completely new group of people working there, which is fine, but there were 3 staff, and 2 shoppers total in the store. I was never greeted upon entry and I came in twice. No one offered any info on deals going on, no one asked to show me xyz. Towards the end, one staff member smiled and mumbled hello. I just think for a store where it is easy to spend $500 , customer service should at least contain a greeting upon entry. I, personally, wouldn't have purchased there based on that alone, but since it was for my mom, I continued with purchasing the items. The previous crew used to be welcoming, enthusiastic about what the store had to offer, etc. I think improving on that would help a lot."
