"I was told by a girl at Starbucks this morning that if I want to add some milk to my coffee, I need to pay extra $1.25, how this can happen? No rules no harmony for the society?"

"The manager of this store doesn't seem to be qualified as a manager. He has a terrible mind that is hard to believe that he is in the service industry. Even though there was a short size cup, he did not respond because it was not in the system, and the gold membership benefit, free coffee or tea, also said that it was not in this store. Lastly, I asked my daughter for an empty cup and he asked me to pay 25 cents. I will never go back to this store again."

"Staff is nice, but cannot make anything right. I ordered 2 things on two different days and they both came out wrong! After saying something, they tried to fix it, but just made the drink worse. I ended up throwing the second drink away because it was just nasty. The staff is nice but otherwise clueless when it comes to making drinks. From now on, I will be making my own!"

"The staff obviously works hard to get all of the orders out. However, if you're a student looking to grab a drink between classes, be prepared for a long line and lots of waiting! It's not too busy while classes are in session, so if you can get there when it's not passing period, you should. Otherwise it's best to bring your own coffee to school. Haven't had a problem with the staff though. They're pretty reliable."
