"This place is consistently understaffed. It's not the fault of the workers, but whoever manages this place considers 20+ minute wait times in line to be acceptable. Head over to other nearby bakery/coffee spots if you'd prefer not to be stuck waiting for a coffee."
"When I get their half off deal it is clear that they water my handcrafted drink down almost every single time. My Cafe Mocha tastes like sour steamed milk and it's not acceptable."
"Took twenty minutes for one drink that was placed on the app that was estimated to be four minutes. The cherry on top was that they made the drink wrong. They had four staff members working and only one person making drinks for about ten minutes. I don’t know who was managing the store but they had their drive through interrupting the barista to make their current drink order and forcing those who had been waiting to wait longer. This Starbucks has been notorious for taking forever and I was not surprised to be disappointed."
"The enthusiastic early morning greeting from one of the Indian employees created a very welcoming atmosphere. Inside the store, there was plenty of space, which was a sharp contrast to the extensive drive-through line. I noticed they also offered mobile order pickup, a convenience I haven't used yet but might try in the future. The employees were clearly engaged and dedicated to their roles. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and it was just the thing to warm my soul on this chilly fall day. It's definitely a Starbucks kind of morning!"
"I ordered the frozen dragon fruit mango lemonade. They brought it out hot fully frozen. Then drink tasted like water with no taste of the mango flavoring. It is a new drink. Clearly it wasn’t made correctly and for almost $7 it’s unacceptable. I hope they get it right in the future because this was a fail!"
