"Had a bad experience with a rude employee bodyshaming my niece. They have a policy saying that if a dress is damaged then the damages need to be paid for. She decided to bypass me, the adult, and reiterated the policy to my niece to discourage her about the dress she had on, which fit great. She then no longer helped her find any more dresses saying they wouldn't fit her. I was then shushed out the store when I tried to complain about my experience. Would not recommend this place."

"Please do not spend your hard earned money here. I went in this store with my little sister to find her a prom dress. My sister is a size 16, the worker rudely went to my little sister (a child ) and implied that she was too big to try on the dress she has on (it fit perfectly btw) and that if she damages it she is responsible for paying for it. Why would you say that to the child instead of directing it to the adult? Then she was bothering us about how we couldn’t take pictures and could only FaceTime (we were FaceTiming at the time because we read the rules before trying on). I immediately told my sister to take off the dress and we would go somewhere else (thalias gowns in the same mall ) because i refused to spend money in a store with that type of customer service. After i expressed how unhappy i was with the approach the owner told me to get out lol yeah like i said don’t bother spending your money there plus their dresses are for 65 years and up lol"

"I found a dress at Thalias- dress store in same mall with excellent and kind service btw- I wanted to come here to make sure I saw more options. The employee at Paris advised I had to pay $50 to even try on the dress. If I decided to not buy a dress I would lose my $50. I laughed and took my business right down the hall to Thalias. Not a very smart business strategy. I’m sure there are many customers that have walked out because of this. Their dresses must be laced in 14k gold."

"If I could I would give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever if it could even be considered that. Before even trying on any dresses the people working there told my friend she couldn’t try on any of the dresses in the store because she was to fat. They only allowed her to try on one dress and when she said that she didn’t like how it fit they continue to fat shame her. They even implied she had to pay for damages done on the dress?!? Would not want anyone to go through that so please go somewhere else where you can have a much better experience while shopping for dresses."
