"3 issues. I got half a cup of drink. I asked the lady for OATMILK and she made it with regular milk. What if I was allergic ??? I went back inside and wasn’t even offered a refund. I had to go to work so this place wasted my money and my time."

"Quick stop for a cup of coffee. I have a few favorite baristas there and they know how to get drinks right, move the line along and be kind. Other times; the baristas are rude or just not friendly at all."

"I ordered a venti shaken espresso, which was not shaken at all! “Shaken” is in the name. It was also extremely milky. I feel none of the employees are trained properly. I also ordered a Frappuccino that wasn’t blended for as long as it should have been. There were 2 drinks in front of us and we waited 15 minutes for ours. I’ve come since the visit pictured, hoping for a better experience, service and products were still bad. Save your money and time and don’t come here!"

"Worst "Starbucks" ever. The oven is broken, they are out of almond milk, out of half the products they offer, and I received the nastiest coffee drink. After a long wait, and already having the order prepared incorrectly, it wasn't even worth asking for a 3rd time."

"I didn't have high expectations for a Starbucks that's just plopped down in the middle of a Kroger grocery store, but for what it is, this Starbucks is quite nice. Is it the most glamorous Starbucks you'll ever see? No. Is it a great spot to relax, grab a coffee/some food, and take advantage of some free wifi? Absolutely. I had nowhere to go for a few hours, and needed to get some work done. This Starbucks was a life-saver. Wifi, coffee, and even a place to sit and charge my laptop. Great place to stop if you're in a pinch."
