"Put in a mobile order and it said it would be ready about 8:23. Saw many people come into the store and order and get their things before mine was ever made. What is the point in ordering ahead if they let people who order in store afterwards get theirs first? Update 12/22: tried to give them another chance and yet again, waited much longer than I should have for a mobile order and saw others just walk in, order and receive it before I ever got mine that I ordered AND paid for before them. This place only seems to have one person making drinks and he seems to prioritize in-store order’s over anything else…."

"Used Door Dash for a group order of 13. It took an hour for order to even be ready for pick up. I get the timing of the order (945am) was likely a busy time for them. I think the thing that most upset me was that each drink wasn’t legible and very difficult to tell what was what. Probably a Door Dash “to do” is to allow people to input their name when they select their item for a group order. Would make it easy all around for everyone."

"I usually do NOT come to this one, but I did despite my previous experience, Edgar was INCREDIBLE tis afternoon (10/13) around 1:40PM- he had multiple customers and was getting out drinks efficiently with no other help from anyone else. I had already been there about 10 minutes when someone else came from the back and finally gave him a hand. He apologized numerous times for the lack of staff, went above and beyond in regards to my order. Please get Edgar some help."

"Tried working here but my computer and papers were blasted with grass clippings by the shopping center landscapers. Understand that it's noisy but it seemed intentional and most folks immediately left. Starbucks management needs to take up with shopping center!"

"After entering the location I was not greeted by either employee both at the counter. Wendy was standing up doing something with the food while Ashley was bending down cleaning the mini refrigerator doors. I walked by the counter area twice to make sure they both saw me however a greeting was not given. I then stood at the counter and finally Ashley said just let us know when you’re ready to order. We got off to a rocky start, but her service after I told her I was here waiting because I am ready to order was good. She helped me pick out my drinks and knew about the store product. Both drinks were made well.... flavorful. Ashley has good customer service, just remember to always greet customers upon entry, no matter what you’re doing. Wendy never gave me a greeting even after I asked her for a pen, she should also remember to always greet the customers. I like the outside seating and the inside of the location was nice and clean with that wonderful Starbucks aroma."
