"I've only been to this starbucks three times and have had to pursue a refund two out of those three times. Once they made my drink incorrectly, but I grabbed it on the way out and didn't notice it was wrong until I was out the door. The second time their machine was broken, but since I placed a mobile order I didn't know before paying, then had to go to the Kroger customer service desk to get a refund. Unfortunately, Kroger customer service can't refund if you used Starbucks rewards stars, so my rewards were just wasted. Won't be ordering from here again."
