"I arrived during around 5:40 (during hot light hours) the hot light was not on. I bought a dozen glazed & a 3 pack assorted. The clerks were very nice & donuts were good even though they were cold."

"Very nice young ladies took my order, I had a cup of coffee and enjoyed two donuts inside the facility. I was comfortable and the place smelled great. I'm thankful and pleased."

"The woman working the drive-through was very nice and polite. However... this is a donut shop and they... were out... of donuts... How that happens at a place that exclusively sells donuts is beyond comprehension. Don't know why they were even open. Management at this place needs to be canned. Guess I'll be going to Dunkin for the foreseeable future"

"1/5/24 1:30pm Lobby closed. Once I reached the intercom, it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The latte machine was broken. Was told the only hot beverage available was regular coffee. I ordered two warm glazed donuts. Once I reached the window, I waited another 10 minutes and no one came to the window. Glazed donuts should not take that long. I just drive off. 1/6/24 5pm Lobby was open. Very polite young lady working at the counter. Latte machine was working, donuts in the case and fresh out the oven. This location has redeemed themselves. I'm changing the 1 star to a 3"

"Waited for 30 minutes, at a standstill, for a reserved order, in the drive thru because the inside was closed without reason. When I approached the window to pay the level of customer service was piss poor and very nonchalant. My only question to higher management is, with all of these bad reviews… why is this store either still open or new management/staff inside being replaced. As a business leader, I would strongly suggest considering the following recommendations as this quality of service will slowly, but surely, take effect to level of community patronage and overall respect for the business itself. Thanks for your time."
