"Several coworkers recommended the medicine ball for my cold. They described the drink as minty and citrusy. I ordered through the drive through. The waiter was friendly imo. I asked for a straw. She gave me one at the window with a smile. When I got home (20 min after running an errand) the drink was still scalding hot. No big deal I just waited. I realized the straw she gave me was not for hot drinks and stated so On the packaging. The drink taste like cherry Thera flu. I continued to sip it hoping it was the right recipe. After texting my friends franticly they confirmed that it did not sound like the right drink. It was super sweet like syrup. I don’t believe it was prepared correctly. Anyways I felt no better and I proceeded to another remedy. My issue was the straw and the recipe. Thank you"

"I ordered Java chip Frappuccino yesterday and it was just not quite right , It’s frustrating because these drinks not cheap . Also what is going on with this Starbucks location? There is ALWAYS TRASH on the floor literally front of Starbucks and parking lot . Even in the seating area. It’s very disappointing and unattractive. Even my daughter noticed that . Shaking my head. Please keep it clean and community wise as well . It seems like no one cares to keep the area clean . Honestly even inside wasn’t clean either . Just at least use wipes to clean the counters table ….. it’s important keep area clean consistently .. .. take care of surrounding"

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. I ordered a drink and specifically requested light ice they acknowledged for the same and printed the label the same too, but despite my instructions, my drink was filled with an excessive amount of ice. This made the drink too thin and it didn't meet my expectations at all. I feel like Starbucks doesn't take its customers' requirements seriously and just does whatever they want. If I'm paying for a drink, I expect it to be made to my specifications, especially when I've made a special request like light ice. It's frustrating that I had to pay full price for a drink that didn't meet my expectations. I don't think I'll be visiting Starbucks anytime soon, as I can't trust them to get my order right. If they can't even follow simple instructions like light ice, how can I trust them to get more complicated orders!"

"A Great coffee choice was made for me by Ari. He had the greatest smile I've seen in a long time. I am not a coffee drinker however he helped me to make a great choice. The staff seem very happy hard working and up beat. There were people sitting inside because it was raining. The place is very clean."
