I was genuinely inspired to leave a review specifically because of the customer service I received from Sam during my brief drive-through encounter. Thank you for your customer awareness, quality service, and making my ice coffee just a little more healthier!"

"I just went at about 12:15 on Sunday November 19th. My first experience while ordering through the speaker the girl kept talking to her coworkers while I was trying to order which made her repeatedly get my order wrong. When I finally got the chance to pull up to the window she was very rude every time I said “thank you” to her and her coworkers they responded with “yeah”. Lastly the food and two coffees were awful. The food almost seemed hours old especially the hash browns which were soggy, pure oil and completely falling apart. My coffee was absolutely burnt and my partners French vanilla ice coffee ended up being caramel. I get it they are teenage girls but at least pretend to care."

"The worst Dunkin' ever. I purchased a box of one dozen donuts from here. About half of these donuts were half frozen. Probably, these were left over the night before, and they could not even do a good job warming them. It is my understanding that leftover donuts must be thrown away, but obviously, this store does not do that. I will NEVER go back to this store again."

"Awful experience... I arrived to the window to state that I had a mobile order and they were extremely rude about it. They barely spoke to me and when I asked what they said, they snapped at me and told me to pull up to the window. As I pulled up to the window, everything smelt really weird. After I received my food, I noticed that my coffee was made wrong and all my food was burnt. Do not waste your time and money at this location. They do not care about you and they don't care about the service they provide. Never again..."
