"The donut holes were excellent. I didn’t like the chocolate covered doughnut, however, my husband said that it was tasty. Too sweet though. The filling in the lemon donut wasn’t good and tasted very artificial, however the dough itself was superb, delicious and soft! Staff is lovely. Will go back for more."

"A MUST STOP-IN! Dae Jo and his lovely wife, have served Alpharetta for several years and truly are a great contribution for the early morning community. Their day starts early, around 2 AM, in the shop, preparing amazing treats for all. I have made several visits to order the strawberry roll, for a very special person. She loves those things and she loves the people that make them! Recently we had a situation where our family fell victim to Parkinson's. A tough situation that required a stay in an assisted living facility for two months, while they prepared her for brain surgery, all of our fingers are crossed. Not only could she not enjoy her beautiful home, only 5 miles away, but she also had no means to get her hands on her very favorite dessert, the coveted Strawberry Roll! Being in Florida, I could not just stop in and pick them up to deliver, and when they realized who the customer ordering a DOZEN DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY ROllS was, and our situation being that she really wanted some of those Strawberry Rolls, they closed shop at the usual 3:00 hour and hand-delivered the Strawberry Rolls to the assisted living facility that she is being cared for at. "This place is kind of tucked in a corner. We went there on a Sunday morning. It wasn't crowded when we first got there, but within 30 mins a lot of traffic started coming in at once. Looks like Sunday may be one of the busier mornings... Anyway, I found the shop kind of mellow. There's lots of color everywhere and there's a large wall with pictures of customers. The owner was there and served us with a good morning when we walked in. We got a small assortment of red velvet, blueberry chocolate, sourdough and sour cream donuts. The owner even threw in some free donut holes. While all were freshly made, i think the sourdough donut was the best. The sour flavor definitely came through and it was super soft. The others were a bit dense for my liking but still flavorful. The icing was perfect on each...not overly sweet. Kinda wish there was more selection, but if you are in the area and have a craving, give it a try. It's a change-up from the madness at the other chain places in the mornings."
