"Not usually too busy but the pick up process needs some work, every time I come in to pick up my items it takes them a while, not to mention I'll more often than not, have more than one order to pick up and they never give them all to me. I'll say hey there's one missing and the person at checkout will insist theres nothing else....then guess what, when I get home and call and ask for a manager, somehow magically there was an extra item the cashier didnt "see" or couldn't "find"....forcing a second trip to the mall... I get the vibe that the people that work there don't feel lie being bothered or were annoying them as customers."
"This is a relatively large A&F store. The environment is great. But the prices are more expensive given that many items are actually on sale online. They have very limited items on sale."
