"After being a loyal patron of St. John for 20 years+, I've always enjoyed my shopping experiences with many of the wardrobe specialists at this boutique. However, that has not been my experience with Sherri Wright. She has been rude on many accounts and her bad attitude is NOT a good look for the brand. Great customer service is the key to maintaining loyal patrons, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. Apparently, employee evaluations/reviews aren't given or taken seriously."
