"When I arrived there was only 1 car in front of me and they were at the window waiting to pay. It took 5 minutes for them to ask me what I wanted. I asked for 4 Bismarck and was told they didn't have them, so I asked for 4 Boston cremes and was told they didn't have them. I said ok what do you have, so I ordered 2 Bavarian cremes and 2 vanilla creme filled donuts and a medium tea. The car in front was still waiting when I got to the window and it took 15 minutes for them to get their order. When I got to the window the lady tried to hand me a small tea so I asked about the medium I ordered and she fixed it and gave me a bag with 2 vanilla creme donuts and walked away. She came back a few minutes later to ask if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting for my 2 Bavarian donuts and then she tells me I already have them. I reminded her that I had 4 donuts not 2 and tried to show her my receipt. She seemed irritated and ended up giving me 2 regular donuts with vanilla frosting instead of what I ordered. I was so frustrated that I just left. The employees seem like they need to be retrained."

"MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!! This location has went DOWNHILL@100 MILES PER HOUR! The new employees at this location are very rude and unprofessional! The price for the exact items I've been purchasing for over 3yrs at this place has recently been changing daily with these new employees. They charge different prices every single time, then get upset with me when I address it. Good management would see the issue with these problems. This location should also have better customer service skills with their customers. The attitudes and professionalism is at a very low level here. Long nails, the loud smell of weed once they open the drive thru window, piercing in the lips, nose, tattoos all over the body from persons serving food and drinks aren't a good professional look as well. I'm a retired military veteran and senior. They don't want to honor either of my discounts when asked if I get that. I'm going to exercise my right to NOT patronize this location anymore. I'll save my $300-$320 a month from this dying location, for I went 7 days a week here. NOT ANYMORE..."

"Stopped in for a late breakfast. I ordered the Dunkin' Run Bagel Deal, with a hot coffee, you have your choice of that or an iced coffee for the $3 plus tax... But be warned, if you don't want coffee, you will not get the deal and it goes to the regular menu prices. At least double the price or more. Food for thought. But it hit the spot in a rush. Donuts are the main items though. If that's your thing... Decor is the standard franchise look. All tables, no booths. Drive thru available. In a pinch, for coffee, or donuts, or a quick meal for the road, it's a good place."

"Very clean and helpful even though they were at end of the day. Even gave my daughter a cup of my frozen coffee cause he had extra left in the blender. Awesome service!"
