"Service is slow. They don’t seem understaffed but it will take you 15-20 minutes to get an order if you walk in during rush hour. I’d suggest ordering ahead of time."

"The place is fancy and clean, I love it. I have gone 4 times so far for my coffee, Mina normally makes my drinks, she is wonderful, no one has prepared my coffee like she does, I think it is because she is always willing to help with a smile. The bathrooms were very clean. I will definitely continue choosing this store to go for my shaken espresso and lemon loaf."

"PAINFULLY SLOW. Who keeps people waiting in a drive thru for 20-30 min??! Then they blame it on being understaffed but there were THREE women working at 4pm on 10/11. How many staff do you need to heat up some drinks and food?? This location is literally around the corner from me but I’d happily drive an extra 15 min just to never have to deal with such slowness ever again. Worst Starbucks location I’ve ever visited in my life."

"Painfully slow drive thru. Sadly it’s within walking distance from my house so this is usually my go to out of proximity and convenience. During morning rush hour if you don’t have at least 30 min to kill on your commute don’t bother with this location. Currently waiting in the drive through (stuck here too the way it’s set up) and I still haven’t made it to the window. People are usually friendly and drinks are usually correct so they get some points for that!"

"Maybe somebody there can explain how I do a mobile order and as I'm waiting for my drink to come out I watch multiple other people come in and place orders at the counter and get their drinks before me when my order was in before theirs. It took 15 minutes from my order to get made but I saw other people getting their orders in less than 5 minutes. If they are going to prioritize in store orders, I don't understand what the purpose of mobile orders would be."
