"Great coffee in the morning, great sandwiches for lunch, great pizza on Thursdays, and a great spot for a nice date on Friday night. Their no-tip policy is respectable and I love that they’re dog-friendly. Honestly this is the best thing Atlanta has going on in its good scene."

"Stumbled upon this spot during a morning walk to Piedmont Park. I got a cappuccino which was about average in taste. Nice atmosphere! The music from the DJ the Sunday I went didn’t really fit the vibe."

"I've passed by this cafe many times and finally decided to try it out. Usually I'm a casual coffee drinker who downs pumpkin spice lattes, so a latte from here was a change of pace without really any flavor options or stuff to add to the latte. It was enjoyable enough to my casual coffee drinking taste buds, although I did go and add some honey later on to my latte at home. Onto the food; I tried out the breakfast sandwich, and it was decent, but definitely kind of a ripoff for an egg sandwich. A short walk down the street and you could get a whole burrito or bowl from Willy's for the same $11 it costs for the egg sandwich from Larakin. Outside of that, the service was fine at Larakin. Looking at the rest of the menu, it seemed that they served quite an intimidating sophisticated menu of pairings of fish and such to go with their coffees/drinks."

"Great café hidden halfway down the block. Wonderful location to sit and have a beverage and tasty snack. The coffee was excellent and both the breakfast sandwich and cinnamon foccacia were delicious. A thoughtful combination of flavors that are perfect for a light breakfast after a walk. The staff are helpful and outgoing. This is a perfect neighborhood addition, and I'd highly recommend making it a regular stop."
