"Location was clean, atmosphere was good. I’ve visited multiple LOTH locations and have had great experiences, but was extremely disappointed at the baristas behavior and rude attitude towards some customers. Almost like he picked favorites? I saw him tell a young lady that was clearly unfamiliar with the area that he “had a long list of tasks” and would need time to get around to taking her order. What happened to drink coffee do good? No longer will be a customer at a place that discriminates against their customers."
"This is by far the worst of the Land of a Thousand Hills I’ve been to. As a long time frequenter of the Roswell location this location is disappointing. The guy usually working is wildly unfriendly and has unhelpful. Half the time I go there’s no one even behind the counter so I just leave without ordering. There’s never any pastries. There usually out of what you want. I don’t understand how the quality of this location is so much worse. They’re making it hard to support local with a Starbucks across the street that actually has someone to take my order."
"I actually want to give more than three stars for the atmosphere because I like the character of the building itself and I like the older rustic feel of the area however the music was not enjoyable and neither was the baristas' dry personality. It was as if he really didn't care if I got something or not he made no alternative suggestions when two of the items I asked for were out, he seemed to greet other people in a more friendly way but for some reason was not able to share that type of friendliness with me. I'll just stick with their other locations because I do love the quality of the espresso and my favorite Chai Latte"
"This place is such a shame. It’s designed beautifully, with a Seattle-like proper coffee house vibe and it’s even within a college campus and business offices…Unfortunately, when I visited, it had no food in the display case (missed opportunity), the barrister was playing horrible rock music on bad speakers, he was unfamiliar with basic coffee orders. The bathroom had no tp or paper towels (def a good safety violation for employees), and when I informed the employee about it, he said he knew, and that maintenance was informed and supposed to come yesterday, and that he didn’t know where those things were kept. Hello! Call someone and ask?? It’s really sad because with the right employees, proper food and coffee, and hygiene, this place could be a great place to work/study, and they would be making money!"
"We walked here from the High Museum so I am not sure about parking since the coffee shop is part of an apartment complex. The offerings are the same as most coffee shops in terms of baked goods (croissant, muffins, etc). However, my husband is always in search of the best cup of coffee. Hubby liked his coffee, stated it was nicely balanced, not over brewed. Pricing about $3. I was torn and not wanting a second cup of coffee for the day, especially after noon, so I was going to go for Matcha Latte with oat milk but they only had it as a mix with sugar. Decided to just go with Breakfast blend tea and oat milk. The barista had enormous patience while I looked over the seasonal and regular menu offerings. The seating had a few tables and then a more comfy sitting area adjacent to the barista/cashier area. The bathrooms are so clean! Nice to see, so few are late in the day. If in the area, go ;)"
