"I’m filing a discrimination lawsuit on this store. If anyone used ApplePay and was told you had to use a pin or you didn’t use a pin and they told you your card declined. Please send me an email. I’LL WILL ADD A EMAIL SHORTLY!!"
"Needs more Team members. Environment clean sometimes, store inside have minor issues, like serving chicken no hot sauce or chicken fingers and no honey mustard, better lottery tickets, more tobacoo choices, slush machines never working, coffee never clean area nor has sugar,I can go on about this store and it's the little things that they can have control over but some chooses just not to perform there job duties properly."
"I frequently visit this location and usually there’s no one manning the register but today was the most ridiculous. There is always a long wait but today there was no one in the store and the two ladies behind the register chose not to acknowledge me.I initially thought maybe they didn’t see me until they both made clear eye Contact with me. After waiting for over five minutes apparently the store doesn’t need to make money and these ladies don’t need a job because This is not the first time I have walked out of the store and watched others leave because of the lack of customer service. I will go with my hard earned dollars are appreciated."
"If store isn’t 24 hours, the times need to be adjusted online. I stopped by there before work at 10:43pm. The cashier should have locked the doors if the store was closed. I entered the store and grabbed my snacks as well as another customer than came in. We weren’t told they were closed until coming to the register. The cashier was counting the drawer down. The door definitely should have been locked at that time if the store was indeed closed."
"Circle of Despair Or at least it was my last visit. It all seemed so simple, grab a couple 2 for 5 Starbucks, first cooler to the right of the checkout and get about $20 in gas. So I hand the cashier $25, grab the drinks and head out to pump gas. The pump stops at $17.68 and goes no further. So I head inside and I wait for the clerk who is more concerned about her line. After a few she gets to me and does nothing for a while, then says the girl in the other line is the one. This takes a while as she wants to work through her expanding line. So, I wait. Then I show her the price which she says was not in the system. I assumed she was going to do something about this, but I was wrong. After a while I asked and she said the manager would have to take care of this. He was outside the store the whole time, eventually he finished his smoke and came in. I thought for a moment that he would quickly resolve this, I was wrong. Finally there appeared two single dollars and I mentioned that although I would accept, I had been waiting some 20 minutes, but that the amount was wrong because I should get a bit of tax left. That made no impression on them and they showed me the receipt. I was tired, took the receipt and headed for the door. But the experience wasn't done. They yelled at me they wanted the receipt back. Not such a good customer experience at the Circle K on Hollywood nor even a nice word from them. Seems to me they care a lot about corporate, and not at all about me."
