"Staff is very stingy when it comes to light or no ice as if it comes out of their tips or checks. I ordered a cold brew with no ice and barista gave me a tall amount in my grande cup. I didn’t ask for room, I asked for no ice. This happens almost every time I order my drink this way. I will not return to this location, hate how convenient this location is, but can’t justify spending $5 for a coffee and not even getting a full cup. I guess I’ll save money and not be disappointed, win-win."

"The barista was excellent. I gave a low score on service because he was the only one there during morning rush hour. Three other employees came in a little after 8 a.m. which was too little too late. Lots of upset patrons waiting for their morning Starbucks...not a good image for such a high profile coffee shop. The three female baristas need to improve on their people skills and talk plainly with a higher volume like the male barista. My wife was with me and mentioned this so this is not a male's sexist post. Coffee was good as it should be for the price you pay."

"I was at the Cobb Galleria from out of town and extremely deprived of my Starbucks (I’m a huge fan of Starbucks). After having hotel coffee for 3 days I found this Starbucks. I did a mobile order (my preferred method of ordering) and my order was ready within 3 minutes. They made me the best PSL I’ve had this season. I got a grande PSL, with soy milk, no whipped cream, 2 pumps pumpkin spice sauce. This is my go to order in the fall and it was delicious. Their location is brand new and sparkling clean. The two people working there were very friendly and greeted me when I walked in and out of the store. Great experience"
