"This place is a joke. At 4 PM they’ve literally locked their doors and will only let you in if you’ve ordered online. They told me to go through the drive thru so I went through the drive thru and they don’t even have plain glazed donuts. What a joke. Why are they even open??? Talk about needing new management. I guess I’ll head to Dunkin where they hire people who know how to keep a business open."

"This Krispy Kreme location never has ingredients to make coffee. On one occasion, they said they were out of milk. Other occasion they said they weren’t making coffees. Third occasion, they poured half a bottle of caramel in my iced coffee with watery coffee and it was disgusting. Tonight, they were sold out of all original glazed and iced donuts. This location truly sucks."

"As a chain, Krispy Kreme should not sell these. Doughnuts tonight were just blobs and not the wonderful, light and airy doughnuts Krispy Kreme is known for. The staff or manager should be disciplined, and if this is an equipment issue, they should fix it."

"I’ve never in my all days seen doughnuts this ugly from a Krispy Kreme. The box is almost empty because I brought them to work to share with my coworkers for the new year, and they’ve been eating them. I’m highly disappointed. Gon make cutting back on sweets a breeze! Do better! 1/10."

"This location is a complete disaster! My office has visited here numerous times and donuts are always cold. Seem to me they are pre-packaging items and selling cold. Last dozen I purchased were ice cold and hard as a rock. Not recommended."
