"I've been coming to this Starbucks for some time, and David has converted me away from my typical style which is "Venti Black!". I let him know that I've been on a keto diet and now I don't have to drink simply black coffee! This 5 star review is for David and I'll keep coming back!!!"

"I ordered a grande drink and was charged for a tall, and when I asked about it to clarify since I was co fused about my order being wrong when I went to pick it up, no one apologized and basically was just told that “mistakes happen.” I was basically stared at when I asked what to do to make sure I was getting the correct thing next time. Not impressed with the customer service here today."

I have seen them at their busiest, and I see how much they hustle and how hard they work, and I'm genuinely impressed and grateful to be served by such a great group of people. "I ordered my go-to Starbucks beverage...Carmel Ribbon Crunch. Today, I was disappointed by the fact that this location had no Crunch for my drink. Everything else about this place was great. Quick service. Super clean inside. Customer service was above and beyond. I still love this place."

"The staff here is always nice but the drinks!! I hate to be that person but the drinks are never consistent. I can barely ever get a good drink anymore. I always order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, the past few times it’s been awful. I also got my kids drinks a few days ago, I took a picture just to show how different the two drinks were . Strange because they were made together ? I drive to the Marietta square location for now."
